Crown Meadow Court

Our first "flagship" extra care housing scheme opened in April 2011. Crown Meadow Court will have 55 one bedroom apartments and 5 two bedroom apartments which are all wheelchair accessible and have en suite facilities. Other features are:
- Communal restaurant
- TV/cinema room
- Shop on site
- Hairdressing
Regency Court
Mackintosh Street, Bromley Common, Kent BR2 9GL
Our second new extra care housing scheme is located on the same site as Crown Meadow Court and opened in August 2012.
At Regency Court there are 42 one bedroom apartments and 18 2 bedroom apartments which are all wheelchair accessible and have en suite facilities. Other features are the same as Crown Meadow Court except there is not a TV/Cinema room.
Sutherland Court
Thesiger Road, Penge, London SE20 7NN
Our third new extra care housing scheme opened in November 2012 on the site of Anne Sutherland House in Penge, which was formerly a residential care home for older people.
At Sutherland Court there are 41 one bedroom apartments and 9 two bedroom apartments, which are all wheelchair accessible and have en suite facilities. Other features are the same as Crown Meadow Court except there is not a TV/Cinema room.
