We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for our customers to deal with us. We aim do this by bringing our services to where they are, and finding ways to overcome barriers such as disability, language or jargon, hours of work, or gaps between the services we are responsible for and those provided by our partners.

Bromley Council employees and contractors are here to help you and will answer your enquiry honestly and courteously.

We will not tolerate abusive or violent behaviour, and will take the appropriate actions necessary to protect and ensure the safety of employees. This may include involving the police, possible legal action against offenders and exclusion from the council’s buildings.
