Request parking enforcement

Vehicles parked on footways, verges, yellow lines, school restrictions, etc., can cause obstruction, congestion and even danger to pedestrians and other road users.  If you are concerned about a parked vehicle, you can contact us to request enforcement.  Vehicles found to be parked in contravention of regulations are liable to be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.

If you would like us to arrange a visit by a Civil Enforcement Officer, please contact us by telephone or e-mail, letting us know the:

• location, i.e. road name
• vehicle registration number
• reason you believe the vehicle is parked incorrectly

Please note that we are unable to enforce parking contraventions on red routes; this is the responsibility of Transport for London.
