Planning application forms overview

Our planning application forms are available to download in pdf format from the Planning Portal website using the links provided below. Applications can also be made online on the Planning Portal website, and should comply with the following guidance notes and checklist including the local information requirements: 

  1. Maximum single attachment file size of 5MB
  2. Maximum application file size of 25MB
  3. All drawings to be attached as PDF files
  4. Acceptable file types for non-drawings are .jpg, .doc and .xls
  5. All drawings should include a title, the print (paper) size, the relevant scale at that print size, and a scale bar.
