Green garden waste temporary sites
The garden waste site in Green St Green continues to be open on Saturdays until the end of October. The other four temporary sites, which were open for the busy April period, have now closed due to budget reductions.
The Green St Green site, which is equidistant from both Biggin Hill and Cray Valley, will close promptly at 4pm each Saturday - please do allow time for your journey and potential queues.
For an easy, convenient way to dispose of your garden waste and avoid the traffic queues at the sites, you might like to consider joining our Green Garden Waste Collection Scheme. Our dedicated waste services team will make regular scheduled visits to your home throughout the year to collect all types of green garden waste.
Saturday 2 April to 29 October 2016
11am to 4pm
Green St Green: Salt Depot, Shire Lane Spur (off Sevenoaks Road)
No green garden waste can be accepted outside these operating times. Sites are closely monitored and all fly tippers will be prosecuted.
The site will only receive bagged, green garden waste from residents with a Bromley waste permit. Please do not put your garden waste in builders' sacks, as these are too heavy to be lifted safely.
No commercial garden waste will be accepted.
