Trained and qualified staff at the centre deliver a variety of practical courses for the local community.

Some courses offer qualifications and all offer trainees the opportunity to gain valuable experience for the workplace. The training takes place at the Midfield Centre, in log cabins set in Scadbury Park and in other sites around the borough. There is always some form of training available and courses offer flexibility to trainees. All training is designed to be fully accessible and is delivered in an informal and easy to understand way.
