We have identified that functional sharp points in the above product exceed limits set out in EU standards. Therefore we warn of a serious safety issue with the above product which could cause harm if used incorrectly. The affected batch has a warning notice attached to it.
We have therefore stopped selling this product and are asking customers to stop using it immediately. If you have one, please return it to your retailer for a full refund. If you know someone else who has purchased this product, please advise them to stop using it and return it.
