PRODUCT RECALL NOTICE
Exodus Roof Mount Cycle Carrier (Item code: 210150)
Halfords has identified a potential safety concern with the above product. A plastic catch for the bicycle wheel retaining strap has been fitted incorrectly by the manufacturer, resulting in the wheels not being adequately held in the aluminium wheel channel.
As a precautionary measure and to ensure customer safety, we are recalling this product from our customers. No other roof mounted cycle carriers are affected; this product has been on sale since December 2016.
If you have purchased one of these products, please return it to your nearest Halfords store. You will receive a full refund or you can exchange it for an upgrade Thule 591 Carrier at no extra cost.
If you know someone else who has purchased one of these products, please ask him or her to return it to us as soon as possible.
