We are aware there may have been a change in manufacturing process which can affect the products' protective ability, and therefore does not meet our strict technical specifications.

Please stop using immediately and quarantine in your warehouses and advise us by email the quantity to be collected at our expense and to be fully refunded.
This process change has not affected any other B Brand products.
