Bromley Countryside Ranger Service
The countryside rangers are based at High Elms Country Park and manage council-owned countryside sites.
Details
The countryside rangers manage Bromley-owned countryside sites for the public and for conservation of wildlife. The rangers also run the Borough’s Nature Centre at High Elms Country Park and organise educational activities for local school and groups.
In conjunction with other Council departments, the rangers are working with local groups and organisations to implement Bromley’s Biodiversity Action Plan. This includes surveys and monitoring of habitats and wildlife throughout the borough.
Details of our Volunteer Ranger Service are available here.
