Home Library Service policy statement
The Home Library Service is available to Bromley residents who are unable to visit libraries or use the mobile library service, and do not have family or friends who are able to collect books for them. This document outlines the aims of the service. It is two pages long.
A copy of this document can be printed free of charge at all libraries in the Borough.
