Anerley is a small library providing a collection of popular fiction and non-fiction for adults, teenagers and children including material from basic and popular up to GCSE level. There is a selection of newspapers and magazines as well as a range of multi media items including CDs and DVDs available to borrow. Local Links - access to a wide range of Council services, including reporting an abandoned vehicle and purchasing Garden Waste Collection stickers, is available here.

A programme of regular events and activities including

  • Book Appreciation Group: Last Tuesday of the month 2.15 - 3.15 pm
  • Chatterbooks children's book appreciation group: Saturday mornings once a month
  • Baby Bounce and Rhyme: Tuesdays 10.00 - 10.30 am and 11.00 - 11.30 am (term time only)
  • Stay 'n' Play: First Tuesday of the month 2.00 - 2.45 pm
  • W.I.L.D. Ideas (Willing, Inspiring, Listening, Directing): Teenagers! Looking for things to do? Don't know where to get help? Each session will have loads of ideas from fun to educational. Fridays 4.00 - 6.00 pm
  • W.I.L.D Ideas Plus!: Free tutoring help for young people of all ages to improve their reading, writing and maths skills and help with English if it is your second language. Booking essential.
