Biggin Hill Library provides a collection of fiction and non-fiction for adults, teenagers and children, including material from basic and popular up to 'A' Level standard. There is a selection of newspapers and magazines as well as a range of multi media items including CDs and DVDs available to borrow. Local Links - access to a wide range of Council services, including reporting an abandoned vehicle and purchasing Garden Waste Collection stickers, is available here.
