Joining and using the Home Library Service

To qualify for this service you have to be a resident of Bromley borough and housebound or have difficulty visiting a library.

When you apply, a member of staff will visit you to explain the service and discuss reading tastes.

The library can provide books, large print books, audio books, music cassettes and compact discs and occasionally videos.

Either the Council van service or approved volunteer couriers deliver to the customer every four weeks.

The service is free.
