Successful Mums Career Academy are launching a new learning platform providing fully funded training that can be accessed online.

If you have been made redundant or furloughed, returning from a career break, thinking of starting a business or looking to improve your digital skills these weekly webinars will help. Each training course can be accessed flexibly online, includes a weekly webinar, an online ‘lounge’ for networking, 121 career or business coaching and access to all the units in the accredited courses.

Councillor Peter Morgan Executive Councillor for Renewal, Recreation and Housing said “We want to encourage anyone thinking of starting up on their own, to give Successful Mums Career Academy a try. The online training courses can be fitted in around other commitments so it’s ideal for mums returning to work. The council is committed to working with large and small businesses and our partnership with Successful Mums Career Academy is one way we’re trying to help in these challenging times.”

Successful Mums Career Academy champion personal development in preparation to find work, embark on a new career or even start a new business.  Dads, non-parents and carers are also welcome and anyone else who needs that extra support in achieving their career goals.
