Due to popular demand, Bromley Mytime is introducing more watercolour classes to the people of Bromley allowing everyone to express their artistic creativity and the opportunity to produce their very own artwork.
The classes give basic watercolour skills and then work on these principals to move on to a more advanced stage. Experienced local painter Joy Thomas, a respected portrait artist, instructs the courses.
Adam Royall, Development Officer, said, "These courses are suitable for both beginners and experienced artists, the courses cover a variety of themes and techniques, from basic sketching to self-portraits. This is to enable the students to produce work at their own will, outside class time."
All pupils are required to bring their own materials which are listed in Beckenham Public Hall, and are advised to work at their own pace throughout the course. Two classes will take place a day from 10am-12noon and from 12.30-2.20pm beginning on Friday April 15. The cost of a 6-week course is just £42.
To find out more about the courses and equipment required, contact artist Joy Thomas on 07838 135066 and to book a place on the course please ring Beckenham Public Hall on 020 8650 3483.
