Better care, higher standards
The new edition of Bromley’s Charter for adults who need long-term care and their carers is now available. The information booklet is produced by Health Trusts and the Council’s Social Services and Housing department.
'Better Care, Higher Standards' is intended for adults living in Bromley who have long-term care needs because of difficulties related to older age, long-term illness or disability, or mental health problems. It will also be of use to the carers and families of those with long-term care needs.
The Charter contains information about what services are available for those with long term care needs and how to access these services. It also lays out the standards of service that can be expected. A useful directory is included, with contact details about many organisations in Bromley that can provide you with help and information.
If you would like a copy, please telephone 020 8313 4626 or email your request to health.partnership@bromley.gov.uk.
