The South East London Housing Partnership is holding a free training session where landlords can pop in at any time and find out about the information that’s relevant to them. The event is a chance for them to find out about current market trends and government thinking as well as receive updates on key current issues such as local housing allowances and thermal comfort. Landlords will also receive advice on energy performance certificates and how to improve energy efficiency.

The training session will be held on 7th May between 3.00 pm and 7.00pm, at the Civic Suite, Lewisham Town Hall, Catford, London SE6 4RU. There will be a series of presentations and displays from Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark Councils, The London Fire Brigade, Housing Associations, Energy Savings Trust, Residential Property Tribunal, LACORS and various other groups.
