High Street, St Mary Cray closed following Thames Water emergency repairs

A collapsed sewer has meant that Thames Water are needing to make emergency repairs in High Street, St Mary Cray, with the road closed between the junctions of the Chelsfield Road / Kent Road mini roundabout and Red Lion Close, outside the St Mary Cray Doctors Practice. 

It is anticipated that the High Street is expected to be closed for approximately two weeks whilst Thames Water make their emergency repairs.

Traffic is being diverted via Kent Road, Cray Avenue, Station Road in both directions whilst the closure is in place

Market Square, Bromley reopens following completion of repairs

Thames Water have now subsequently repaired a collapsed sewer and a water leak which had led to the closure of Market Square.  The road reopened today (Tuesday 14 November), with the completion of resurfacing work.
