Why should I register?

We have a number of electronic forms available and by signing into the site, you will be able to:

  • Complete a form over multiple sessions if you choose to do so. Logged in users are able to partially complete some forms and then return to complete and submit them at a later date.
  • View details and submission dates of forms you have submitted as a logged on user.

Your email address and password

Passwords must be 8-30 characters in length and contain a mixture of upper and lower case letters and numbers or special characters e.g. @, #, $ etc
