The Social Care, Health and Housing Partnership co-ordinates the work and provides the strategic framework for the multi-agency structures for a range of client groups areas and for those medical conditions covered by national service frameworks. Works to co-ordinate inter-agency effort to promote the health and well-being of Bromley residents, and reduce the effects of disadvantage that contribute to health inequalities; improve the effectiveness and integration of services provided by the NHS, the Council and local voluntary organisations; maintains a strategic overview of the policies and priorities affecting equitable access to the services and activities that promote independence, protect vulnerable children and adults, and enhance social inclusion and quality of life for Bromley residents; support and monitor the successful delivery of joint working arrangements.

Membership and meetings

Membership comprises representatives from the Bromley Primary Care Trust, Bromley Hospital Trust, Oxleas Mental Health Trust, London Borough of Bromley, London Probation Area (Bromley), Community Links, Representatives elected by the voluntary sector with at least one who represents the Ethnic Communities, Community Health Council, and Bromley Federation of Housing Associations.
