The provision, location and maintenance of bus stops and shelters in the Borough is the responsibility of Transport for London (TFL). If a bus stop or shelter has been vandalised or damaged, the problem should be reported directly to TFL.
If you would like to request a new bus stop or shelter, we would be happy to liaise with Transport for London on your behalf.
