Your say on 'rights of way'
Walkers, residents and other interested groups were invited to have their say on the borough's public rights of way. The consultation carried out in August 2006 covered over 300 urban and rural footpaths, bridleways and byways that exist across the borough.
The results received have been analysed and helped to form the rights of way improvement plan. The plan identifies improvements and looks at the long term sustainability of the rights of way network. It will be reviewed, amended and published every ten years.
