Bromley's Charter Market has been running for over 800 years, since 1205, when King John granted a charter allowing a weekly market - and the market is still flourishing! Come and have a look at this historic market!
Details
The Charter Market is situated in Station Road car park and is held every Thursday from 9am to 2pm. It sells a wide variety of goods, including fruit and vegetables, household goods, fashion and haberdashery.
Market pitches are licensed but casual traders are welcome from 8am if pitches are available.
Please note that there is a separate application form for the Charter Market (not the street trading licences form).
