main content Reporting road and pavement problems

The borough has 520 miles of road and 750 miles of pavement, and we carry out safety inspections on a daily basis.  But if you spot a problem, please report it to us.

Road or pavement problems include anything from defective road marking to grass verges in need of cutting.  Use our on-line report form to tell us about road and pavement problems.

If the problem is on a 'Red Route', it should be reported to Transport for London (TFL).  Red Routes run along the A21 from the M25 to the Lewisham boundary at Bromley Hill and the A232 from Locksbottom (Croydon Road) to the boundary with Croydon at West Wickham High Street.
