There are a number of dedicated bays in Bromley town centre which motorcyclists can use free of charge.

Details

A number of free parking bays are available in Bromley town centre exclusively for motor scooter, moped and motorcycle riders.

The marked bays are found in the following locations:

  • Edison Road, by the pedestrian entrance to The Hill car park: a 40-space area with rail installed to allow motorcyclists to lock their machines to the rail
  • Churchill Way (behind Evans shop): 6 spaces
  • Park Road, opposite the old Police station: 6 spaces
  • the ‘mouth’ of Ringers Road: 12 spaces
  • the ‘mouth’ of Ravensbourne Road: 12 spaces

Motorcyclists should be aware that by parking in the dedicated pedal cycle parking facilities in the pedestrian area of the High Street they could receive a possible fine of up to £120.
