Our main reception at the Civic Centre provides information and application facilities relating to all aspects of parking. You can pay and apply for parking permits for various residents' (business) zones or car park season tickets. You can also pay parking fines at the nearby payment counter at the Civic Centre.

If you wish to pay a parking fine in person, you can do this at our payment counter located near the main reception at the Civic Centre between 8.45am and 4.30pm. Other methods of paying parking fines (such as on-line) are available here.
