Residents' parking permit zone K
Zone K is divided into 4 separate permit areas - K1/2/3/4
Residents who permanently reside at an address within one of the permit areas (named properties only, see below listings) can apply for a parking permit.
Please note: you must have no off-street parking in order to make an application. However, this does not affect applications for visitor vouchers.

Permit area K1 - applicable for the properties of:
Avenue, The - 1-33 odds, 2-14, 20 evens
Drive, The - 1-29 odds and 2-38, 18a, 18b, 20a, 20b evens
Felstead Road - 1-55 odds, 2-64 evens
Hillcrest Road - 1-41 odds, 2-38 evens
Park Avenue - 1-35 odds, 2-28 evens
Spur Road (southern slip road) - 18-60 evens
Tower Road - Monypenny, Brayville, Millholm, Foreland, Mellow, Kinellan, Oakover, Quantock, Janton
High Street - 292A, 298A, 300A, 302A, 306A, 308A, 310A, 316A, 318A, 320A, 324A, 326A, 328A, 330A, 334A, 338A, 340A, 342A, 350A.
Sevenoaks Road -18
Permit area K2 - applicable for the properties of:
Newstead Avenue - number 2 only
Crofton Road - 27-43 odds, 6-22 evens
York Rise - 1-50
Permit area K3 - applicable for the properties of:
Mayfield Avenue - south of Knoll Rise - 85-89, 122, 123
Mayfield Avenue - north of Knoll Rise - 59-77 odds and 58-76 evens
Permit area K4 - applicable for the properties of:
Bark Hart Road - 49-55 odds and 52-64 evens
