Driving on today's roads can be stressful. With more traffic on the roads and drivers in a rush to get somewhere, you may feel intimidated or lack confidence.
Our courses are designed to help boost confidence and understand how you can avoid the actions of other road users.
Details
Based in the classroom, each week we cover a new subject: hazard perception, road positioning, roundabouts (everyone's favourite!), motorways, skidding, overtaking and car maintenance.
As you learn the theory you can go away and practise in your own car. You may want to have someone from the Institute of Advanced Motorists sit in the car with you on an observed drive to see how you have progressed. This can be organised as part of the course.
You may even want to go on to take the advanced test.
Even if you don't want to take the test, we are certain you will find our course informative and fun anyway!
This course is intended for full car licence holders.
