We have a regular inspection programme to ensure that our roads and pavements are safe. If you notice a defect or fault that may cause an injury, please let us know so we can rectify the problem.

If you notice a defect, or if you have an accident on the road or pavement as a result of a fault, please report it to us. Once we have been notified, we will inspect the site, and ensure any danger is rectified.
Please note that road traffic accidents should be reported to the police where appropriate.
Where you have had an accident, the cause will be investigated. It may be necessary to refer you to another organisation, such as a public utility company (Thames Water, British Gas, etc), if they are responsible.
