Application and payment for a birth certificate

We are currently only issueing certificates for births that occured after 1 February 2020, and after your appointment to register the birth with the Registrar.  

Please note that a birth has to be registered in the district in which the birth occurred.  

The cost of the certificate is £11.00 (Includes 2nd class postage - dispatched within 15 working days)

Only use this form if you can confirm that the event for which you would like to purchase a certificate for occurred within the borough of Bromley.

Please note that Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup is not in the London Borough of Bromley. If the event occurred at Queen Mary’s you should apply to Bexley Council.
