Bromley Town Centre Area Action Plan

The Adopted Bromley Town Centre Area Action Plan was adopted by full council on the 25 of October 2010 as part of the Local Development Framework.This document is very large and may take time to open or download. If you wish to print the documents a colour printer will give the best results for the maps and graphics content of the document.

Bromley Town Centre Office Market Study (2013)

Bromley Council commissioned Michael Rogers LLP to undertake an analysis of the office market in Bromley Town Centre. This study looks at the availability of stock, qualitative and quantitative assessments, demand and historic take up. The study concludes with commentary on the future prospects for the Bromley office market.
