Cycle maintenance session

Our fully qualified DR BIKE cycle mechanics will check your bike and fix minor faults such as brakes, chain, cables, gears and tyre pressure.

Simply bring your bicycle along to the Cow Shed in Norman Park near the Mencap Community Hub at the Hook Farm Road (A21) entrance.

(The Cow Shed is situated on the new section of the walking path behind the car park).

Shortlands Friendly Village initiative

Come along and discuss your views. See how the scheme will improve public spaces, pedestrian crossings, walking and cycling links, and access to public transport and schools, in and near Shortlands.

Public co-design workshops will then also follow in January 2020.

Carols in the Park

Please come along to one of our regular fostering information sessions to find out some more about fostering for bromley and to meet our friendly fostering team. The session will start with a presentation on what fostering for Bromley is all about and what we will offer you in return and then you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

If you prefer there’ll also be the option to talk to one of the fostering team on a one to one basis. You don’t need to book and you are welcome to bring someone along with you if you wish. Children are welcome too.

We’ll have some hot drinks and biscuits ready! We will be based in the Committee Rooms at Bromley Civic Centre - please follow the signs from the Main Reception.
