Early support and complex needs

Early Support, based at the Phoenix Centre provides support to children and young people (from birth to 19 years old)  with the most complex needs.

Who can get support

The programme is designed to support children and young people living in Bromley, who require involvement from a large number of different agencies due to having complex health and learning needs.  These needs are met by a combination of support from the Health, Education and Children's Social Care Services, e.g. Physiotherapy, Community Children's Nursing Team, Speech and Language Therapy, Pre-School Specialist Early Support Services, Portage, Sensory Support, etc.


Children (birth to 5 years)

A referral can be made by parents or any professionals working with the child  through the Early Support Pre - school Panel. Early Support Pre School panel referral form

School aged children

Referrals are through the Specialist Support and Disability multi -agency panel and can only be made by a professional. Specialist Support and Disability referral form.
