Making an application for primary school

Applying for the new reception intake

Update from the Bromley school admissions team

Reception entry September 2021

Arrangements for National Offer Day, Friday 16 April 2021

Members of the admissions team are working from home during the Covid-19 (coronavirus) restrictions.

Offer letters, therefore, were not posted this year to Bromley resident families.

During the evening of Friday 16 April applicants were sent an email from eAdmissions containing their application outcome. Please wait for your email before logging into the eAdmissions site.

Offers should be accepted online.

If you have not been offered your 1st preference school, an advice sheet will confirm what happens next and the options available.

Reply to your offer by Friday 30 April.  The team will accept responses online or by email to school.admissions@bromley.gov.uk

Emailed acceptances must confirm the child’s name, date of birth and the name of the offered school in the message.

Please note:  Declines will only be processed when we are given the name of the alternative school place secured for the applicant.

Making an application

Online applications will only be processed when proof of address and parental responsibility have been received by the admissions team. Please see application terms and conditions  for further information.

If you are unable to make an online application (for example, your preferences are outside the London area or you are applying out of year), paper forms are available on special request from the admissions team.

Bromley Admissions process all school applications for London Borough of Bromley residents. You cannot apply directly to schools.

If you live outside the London Borough of Bromley, you must apply to your local council, even if you want to apply for a Bromley school. You can however include Bromley schools on your home local authority application.

Bromley residents should apply online at http://www.eadmissions.org.uk/
