Applying for a school place
The application closing date for places in September 2020 was 31 October 2019. If you have missed this deadline please contact the Schools Admissions Team immediately for further advice.
Secondary school place offers for all on time applicants were posted on Monday 2 March 2020. Parents who made an application online were sent an email with the outcome of the application.
If you are a Bromley resident and wish to add additional schools to your child’s secondary application for September 2020, please complete the additional preference form. The additional preferences will be added to your child’s secondary application after Tuesday 5 May 2020.

Making an application
Online applications will only be processed when proof of address and parental responsibility have been received by the Admissions Team. Please see application terms and conditions for further information.
Parents of pupils in independent schools or schools outside the London Borough of Bromley need to complete the registration for secondary school transfer form to support their online application and return it with the required documents, to the admissions team
Bromley Admissions process all school applications for London Borough of Bromley residents. You cannot apply directly to schools.
If you live outside London Borough of Bromley, you must apply via your local council, even if you want to apply for a Bromley school. You can however include Bromley schools on your home local authority application.

National offer day was Monday 2 March 2020.
Bromley resident applicants, accepted as on time, were mailed (by first class post) an offer of a single school place on 2 March 2020. Notification of offer email sent to online applicants from 5.30pm.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan, please do not complete an application form but contact the Special Educational Needs team on 020 8313 4739 for advice.
