Childcare sufficiency report
The Childcare Act (2006) requires Local Authorities in England to ensure there are flexible, sustainable childcare places for working parents, parents studying or training, and for disabled children. This is to enable parents and careers to take up and remain in work, or undertake education or training which assists them to obtain work.
