Ask your local GP about support and advice for quitting smoking and for stop smoking medication on prescription. 23 GP surgeries in the borough provide a ‘face to face’ stop smoking service. For those GP surgeries who are not listed, Stop Smoking London, digital and telephone support are ready to help. 

Visit your local pharmacy and ask about Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products that can be used to help quit smoking.  NRT along with support has been proven to increase chances of quitting for good. 

Visit your local vape shop for their expert advice on Electronic cigarettes (e-cigs), E-cigarettes let nicotine be inhaled and help to fight the craving, carrying a small fraction of the risk of cigarettes.  Using an e-cigarette is known as vaping.
