Housing advice and options

Our Housing Options team provide advice and general assistance to anyone with a query or problem regarding housing issues or homelessness. For us to help, you will need to complete the housing options assessment form.
Alternatively, if you would like to discuss your housing matter or find that you are going to be homeless you can ring us to discuss.  You can call us on 0208 461 7721 from 8.45am to 5pm. You will still need to complete the housing options form before an appointment date and time can be provided.
If you find that you are homeless on the day you should ring the number above and an advisor may ask you to come in to our offices so that you are seen and assessed during the day. You will be asked to complete the housing options form at the office if you have not already done so.
The Duty to Refer requires public authorities in England such as social services, hospitals and prisons to notify local housing authorities of any people using their services that they know to be homeless or think might be at risk of becoming homeless. It is important that agencies make these referrals to us so that we can prevent and relieve homelessness effectively.
