Homelessness strategy 2018-23 consultation
Bromley Council, with the help of our residents, partner organisations and stakeholders has developed the Homelessness Strategy 2018-2023.
The purpose of this consultation is to seek your views on the key issues that we have addressed in the strategy.
The strategy sets out our commitment to working in partnership to prevent or resolve homelessness wherever possible.
We have identified the following four key priorities;
- Early identification and prevention of homelessness
- Achieving positive outcomes for our young people
- Increase access to and promote the supply of accommodation
- Achieving positive outcomes by improving health and wellbeing and supporting people to break the cycle of homelessness
Have your say
We welcome any comments and views on the draft strategy including future service proposals and how they could be improved. We especially encourage those who have been impacted directly or indirectly by homelessness to provide their insight.
The consultation period closed on 6 March 2018, thank you to everyone that responded.
Your feedback will be taken into consideration prior to the draft strategy being finalised. Once adopted, the strategy will be our main strategic plan for the prevention of homelessness.
