Marriages and civil partnerships

Bromley registration service announcement

Covid-19 global pandemic

Ceremonies in Bromley Civic Centre have recommenced following the national pandemic lockdown, with strict social distancing and safety measures in place to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and attendees.

This includes the mandatory wearing of face coverings, unless exempt, by all guests not including the couple, whilst inside our buildings.  Your contact details will be passed to the NHS track and test service where appropriate.

We recognise the government from Monday 28 September 2020, has permitted a maximum number of 15 attendees, this number does include the couple themselves.  Therefore only 13 guests can attend which includes all children and infants as well as your witnesses. However, anyone working, for example, photographers, officiants and staff employed by the venue are not included.  We hope you understand that we must fully support these guidelines and are unable to agree exceptions under any circumstances.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this very challenging period.

Future ceremonies

We are not taking any more bookings for 2020 until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to enquire for 2021/2022, please complete the ceremony enquiry form.
