On 27 July 2021, the London Borough of Bromley made six non-immediate Article 4 Directions to remove specific PD rights granted under Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)
- Bromley North Business Improvement Area, Part 3, Class MA
- Bromley South Business Improvement Area, Part 3, Class MA
- London Road Business Improvement Area, Part 3, Class MA
- Masons Hill Office Cluster, Part 3, Class MA
- Crayfield Business / Industrial Park Strategic Industrial Location and Office Cluster, Part 3, Class MA
- Knoll Rise Office Cluster, Part 3, Class MA
Representations on the proposed Directions were sought between 27 July 2021 and 7 September 2021. If confirmed following consideration of representations, the Directions will come into effect not before 27 July 2022.
