Article 4 Directions non-immediate to remove Class E to residential permitted development rights

On 27 July 2021, the London Borough of Bromley made six non-immediate Article 4 Directions to remove specific PD rights granted under Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)

Representations on the proposed Directions were sought between 27 July 2021 and 7 September 2021. If confirmed following consideration of representations, the Directions will come into effect not before 27 July 2022.

Non-immediate Article 4 Directions to remove Class E to residential PD rights – 7 December 2021

On 7 December 2021, the London Borough of Bromley made ten non-immediate Article 4 Directions to remove specific PD rights granted under Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended):

Beckenham Town Centre Part 3, Class MA 

Beechwood Centre Locally Significant Industrial Site Part 3, Class MA

Bencewell Business Park Locally Significant Industrial Site Part 3, Class MA 

Biggin Hill Town Centre Part 3, Class MA 

Bromley Town Centre Part 3, Class MA 

Chislehurst Town Centre Part 3, Class MA 

Cotmandene Crescent, St Pauls Cray neighbourhood centre Part 3, Class MA 

Crescent Way, Green Street Green neighbourhood centre Part 3, Class MA 

Crystal Palace Town Centre Part 3, Class MA 

Elmers End Locally Significant Industrial Site Part 3, Class MA
