Immediate Article 4 Direction in Petts Wood
On 23 February 2021, the London Borough of Bromley made an immediate Article 4 Direction to remove Part 1, Class AA PD rights (enlargement of a dwellinghouse by construction of additional storeys) in the Petts Wood Area of Special Residential Character.
