Rose Room
For ceremonies during the week and for smaller parties on Saturdays and Sundays the Rose Room is the ideal setting as it provides air-conditioned accommodation for up to 45 guests.
The Rose Room is equipped with a music player so a selection of background music will be played whilst your guests are taking their seats and also during the signing of the documentation.
Once you have given your notice, we will provide you with information about the ceremony. Although you can enhance your ceremony with your own personal touches, please bear in mind that your ceremony can only last 20 minutes, and the Superintendent Registrar needs to approve all additions at least 2 weeks before the ceremony. The Superintendent Registrar will be happy to discuss the suitability of your chosen reading or music with you.

Seating for 45 guests. 45 is the maximum number of guests allowed to attend, including witnesses and children.

Ceremonies are offered on both weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
We are taking bookings up until 30/08/2024.

For ceremonies taking place from 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024
- Monday - Friday £310
- Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday £400
For ceremonies taking place from 1 April 2024 until 30 August 2024
- Monday - Friday £330
- Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays £430

The ceremony suite is located at ground floor level.
