A builder has been prosecuted for fly-tipped and hazardous waste found dumped in Nash Lane, Keston.

He arranged for the waste to be taken by an individual he’d used previously but without checking his credentials. The waste was dumped to avoid paying disposal costs but it was traced back to the builder who had failed in his duty of care. Read more about this news item.
