Planning permission granted for much-needed housing scheme

A planning application for residential accommodation in Brindley Way, Bromley was unanimously approved at Bromley Council's Development Control Committee meeting on Tuesday 14 July.
The proposed new development of 25 homes, including wheelchair accessible units, with 100 per cent affordable rents comprises 10 x 1 bed and 15 x 2 bed flats over three or four storeys. There are 15 dedicated residential parking spaces, including disabled bays. The scheme involves the realignment of the Burnt Ash Lane car park which is also being retained.
