An Environment Agency flood warning is currently in place for Kyd Brook at Petts Wood, with two flood alerts also in place, with further heavy downpours forecast.

An Environment Agency flood warning is currently in place for Kyd Brook at Petts Wood, with details about this on the Environment Agency website.

There is also a Flood alert in force for the Ravensbourne area and also for the Shuttle and Cray.

In light of the Met Office thunderstorm warning which is in place for this evening across London and the South East, it is possible that the Environment Agency’s flood risk warnings are upgraded, with potential heavy downpours of rain relatively quickly then impacting on water levels before it inevitably subsides again.

See the Environment Agency website for further details https://flood-warning-information.service.gov.uk/warnings as appropriate.
