Please use this form to record the details required when a car park user exits the car park free before lifting the barrier. Users who are eligible for free exit include Blue Badge holders, contractors, Council staff permit holders, emergency services, etc.
Blue Badge holders: The vehicle registration number, first 6 digits of the Blue Badge serial number (a mixture of numbers and letters) and Blue Badge holder’s name are mandatory. These details must be recorded on the form before the barrier is lifted.
Other users: The vehicle registration number, type of user, name of user/company and reason for parking are mandatory. These details must be recorded on the form before the barrier is lifted. Please also include a job number/reference and name of a Council contact if these details apply.
These details are required for audit purposes.
