What is MyBromley Account
The MyBromley Account provides you with a safe, secure and flexible way to do business with the council, at a time that suits you - no queues, no fuss!
A MyBromley account is open to everyone over the age of 18.
Once you have an account and completed the two stage registration, you will be able to choose to add services in order to:
• View your council tax details or print off a copy of your bill.
• Request a council tax payment arrangement
• View your business rates details
• View your housing benefit and council tax support
• View your tenants' details if you are a landlord
Register for a MyBromley Account
We take the security of your information seriously and to ensure that your information is safe, we have a two stage registration process which includes:
1. Verifying your email address. This allows you to access your account, but does not provide your added services information. Please do not use a work email to register for a MBA as this sometimes causes issues when people leave and their work email account is deleted.
2. Confirming your address, either by answering security questions or by sending a PIN code to the address you used during the registration process. This gives you full access to your added service(s) and will normally be posted to you on the next working day.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) states that we can only retain your data for as long as it is necessary to provide a service, so please ensure that you access your MyBromley account regularly as we will check inactive accounts routinely. We will write to you before we take any such action and you can always re-register for a MyBromley account at a later date.
