Risk management is an important element of the system of internal control at Bromley Council.  It is based on a process designed to identify, prioritise and control the risks to achieving Bromley’s policies, aims and objectives.   The Corporate Risk Register (CRR) is a key document in the council’s approach to risk management; it captures the key strategic risks to the delivery of the corporate objectives through our Making Bromley Even Better vision. It also provides a context through which high level risks are identified and is used to inform decision making about business planning and service delivery. The Corporate Risk Register is reviewed  at least annually.
